【摘要】 目的 探讨异丙酚联合芬太尼、阿托品用于无痛结扎的镇痛效果、副反应。方法 98例要求绝育妇女随机分为观察组和对照组，观察异丙酚联合芬太尼、阿托品用于结扎的镇痛效果、对呼吸循环的影响。结果 异丙酚联合芬太尼、阿托品用于无痛结扎镇痛效果好，有效率达100%，对循环呼吸系统有轻度抑制作用。结论 三者联合使用可以取长补短，减少它们之间的用药剂量，病人苏醒快，镇痛效果好，副作用少，而且易控制。
