【摘要】 目的 探讨抗生素糊剂在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的临床治疗效果。方法 收集131颗青少年牙髓炎或根尖周炎患者，随机分为两组。实验组67颗牙，用抗生素糊剂诱导根尖形成。对照组64颗牙，用市售成品氢氧化钙糊剂诱导根尖形成。结果 实验组的根尖诱导作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 抗生素糊剂在根尖诱导成形术中有良好效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the antibiotic paste in the apexification.Methods 131teeth with pulpitis and/or apicitis were collected.67teeth were treated with the antibiotic paste.64teeth were treated with the calcium hydroxide.Results The clinical effect of the antibiotic paste was better than the calcium hyˉdroxide(P<0.05).Conclusion The antibiotic paste was much more effective in the apexification.Key words antibiotic paste apexification
