【摘要】 目的 对在中医理论上具有活血化瘀功效且有抑瘤作用的单味中草药6号和10号药的分离提取物T1、T 2 、T 3 和M 1 、M 2 、M 3 进行初步筛选，确定其有效部位。方法 通过体外培养人胃癌BGC-823细胞MTT实验进行初步筛选，体内荷S180肉瘤小鼠抑瘤实验进一步确定其抑瘤效应。结果 单味中草药6号和10号药的分离提取物T 1 、T 2 、T 3 和M 1 、M 2 、M 3 中的T 3 和M 2 对BGC-823细胞有明显的抑制增殖的作用(P<0.05)，抑制率与药物形成较好的浓度梯度关系;T 3 和M 2 对荷S180肉瘤小鼠在两种给药条件下都能显著抑制肿瘤的生长(P<0.05)。结论 有活血化瘀功能的中草药提取物具有较好的抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用，初步确定了6号和10号药的有效部位分别为T 3 和M 2 。
