【摘要】 目的 探讨黄芪提取液对糖尿病足部溃疡的疗效。方法 在全身综合治疗基础上，观察黄芪提取液持续湿敷溃疡后肉芽生长及溃疡愈合时间。结果 (1)黄芪治疗组与表皮生长因子治疗组肉芽开始出现时间及溃疡愈合时间相近(P>0.05)，均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);(2)黄芪治疗组与表皮生长因子治疗组截肢率和死亡率类似(P>0.05)，显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 黄芪提取液可促进糖尿病足部溃疡的愈合，提高溃疡的治愈率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment effects of Huangqi for external application on diabetic foot ulcers.Methods On the basis of systematic treatment and local debridement in patients with diabetic foot ulcers，the time of granulation arising(GT)，the time of healing up(HT)，the amputation rate and mortality were observed after using Huangqi for external application.Results (1)There were no difference of the GT and the HT between the Huangqi-treated group and epidermal growth factor(EGF)-treated(P>0.05)，but the GT and the HT in Huangqi-treated group and EGF-treated group were shorter significantly than normal-salt(control group)for external appliˉcation on diabetic foot ulcers(P<0.05or P<0.01);(2)There were no difference of the amputation rate and the mortality in Huangqi-treated group and EGF-treated group(P>0.05) ......
