【摘要】 目的 探讨粘连性肠梗阻的术中预防方法。方法 回顾分析我院1997年1月～2002年1月间经外科手术治疗的粘连性肠梗阻病例的临床资料。结果 术中使用医用透明质酸钠凝胶实验组1年内再住院率明显低于对照组。结论 术中医用透明质酸钠凝胶对粘连性肠梗阻患者有明显的预防作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevention in the operation of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods Clinic data were analyzed on the cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction from Jan1997toJan2002undergoingsurgery.ResultsLowerre-inpatient rate in the group of using hyaluronic acid in the operation was found than in the comparision group.Conclusion Effective prevention in using hyaluronic acid in the operation of the cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction is obtained.
