    【Abstract】 Objective To study the results of anterior decompression and interbody fusion with plate fixation for cervical spondylosis myelopathy.Methods 21patients with cervical spondylosis myelopathy were treated by cerviˉcal anterior decompression，interbody fusion，and internal fixation.The cervical spine was evaluated by clinical criteria and radiographs of the cervical spine.Results 21patients were followed up for twelve months in average.The rate of excellent and good results was85.7%，and the overall fusion rate was95.3%.Conclusion This study demonstrate the process of anterior decompression and interbody fusion with plate fixation for CSM can complete decompress ......
