【摘要】 目的 比较观察社区督导和中药血脉宁对原发性高血压病患者生活质量和临床疗效的影响，探索社区督导与中药血脉宁在提高高血压病患者生活质量中的作用。方法 将180例符合条件的高血压病患者(均已确诊并在规范或不规范服用降压药)随机分为社区督导和中药血脉宁内服的综合组96例，进行社区督导不服中药的对照组84例，观察比较两组患者的生活质量、评分变化及对临床疗效的影响。结果 两组督导干预后的血压达标率均较督导干预前高(P<0.01)，两组督导干预后生活质量各项评分分别较督导干预前明显改善(P<0.01)，督导干预后综合组健康愉快感、工作表现、情感状态、认知功能和生活满意度方面的生活质量评分均较对照组为优(P<0.01);所有病例督导干预前后生活行为相关项目得到了明显改善，各指标改善的差异有非常显著性(P<0.0001)。结论 社区督导和中药血脉宁可以大大提高高血压病患者的生活质量和血压达标率。同时，社区督导对高血压病患者相关生活行为有明显的改善作用，最终提高了高血压病患者的整体临床疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective A comparative observation of the influences of community supervision with administraˉtion of the Chinese herbal Xuemaining on life qualities and clinical therapeutic effects of patients suffering from primaˉry hypertension in order to explore the actions of community supervision associated with administration of the Chinese herbal Xuemaining in elevating the life qualities of patients with hypertension.Methods 180cases conforming to conditions of hypertension(with confirmatory diagnoses submitted to standard or nonstandard administration of hyˉpotensors)were divided at random into a comprehensive group of96patients submitted to community supervision and oral administration of the Chinese herbal Xuemaining and a control group consisting of84cases under community suˉpervision without the administration of Chinese herbs.An observation was carried out on and compared between these two groups of patients for changes of life-quality scores and influences on therapeutic effects.Results The rate of reaching standard of blood pressures in cases of both groups after intervention of supervision was higher than before(p<0.01) ......
