    【Abstract】 Objective To verify the therapeutic effect of thymopeptide on patients with acute hepatitis B.Methods 152patients with acute hepatitis B.were separately divided into treatment group(78)and control group without treatment(74)，two groups were treated normally with decreasing ALT，lowering BIL and protecting hepatoˉcytes，meantime，treatment groups were received thymopeptide in travenously100mg once daily for3months.The effiˉcacy assessents included virologic response rate，percentage of patients with normalization of ALT.Results At the end of3months treatment，treatment group:HBsAg was undetectable in17.95%(14/78)patients with HBsAg positive beˉfore treatment ......
