【摘要】 目的 探讨单一丙戊酸钠药物治疗前后癫痫儿童的细胞免疫水平的变化。方法 76例癫痫儿童分别于服药前、后检查细胞免疫功能和血药浓度并与健康对照组进行比较。结果 服药前癫痫儿童的细胞免疫功能(CD4 + ，CD8 + ，CD19 + ，CD16+56 + ，CD4 + /CD8 + 比值)与健康对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);不同发作类型的癫痫的细胞免疫功能比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);随访的52例服药前后癫痫儿童的细胞免疫功能比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);随访的52例癫痫病人服药后与正常对比照组比较(CD4 + ，CD8 + ，CD19 +，CD16+56 + ，CD4 + /CD8 + )差异有显著性(P<0.05);服用丙戊酸钠后患者的平均稳态血药浓度与细胞免疫各值无相关性分析，而与单位体重用药剂量呈中度相关(r=0.63，P<0.05)。结论 癫痫儿童存在细胞免疫功能异常，免疫调节失衡;丙戊酸钠药物对癫痫儿童的细胞免疫功能无调节作用;临床进行抗癫痫药物治疗癫痫的同时应提高患者的免疫功能，使用免疫调节或增强免疫的药物。
