【Abstract】 Objective In order to make further understanding of diagnosis of CT to subdural hematoma.Methods 23cases approved subdural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT appeared high，low and isodensity under lamina cranium.Subdural hematoma delected by CT showed crescent，shuttle，biconvex.Conclusion It has important value in CT diagnosis of subdural hematoma.
