【摘要】 目的 探讨中国海南岛黎族不同支系3个群体的小卫星Y染色体MSY2基因座的遗传多态性及群体差异。方法 应用特异引物PCR法扩增Y染色体小卫星DNA片段，再经琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测方法，对海南岛本地黎、杞黎和 亻 孝 黎三个支系的293例男性个体的MSY2基因座进行了初步分析。结果 MSY2各等位基因在黎族三个支系中显示了不同的频率，其中本地黎与杞黎之间差异无显著性，但在本地黎与 亻 孝 黎、杞黎与 亻 孝 黎之间差异都存在显著性。结论 MSY2位点可以作为一个有用的遗传标记为中国不同群体的遗传多样性研究提供可靠的数据。 亻 孝 黎群体可能有复杂的父系起源。
