【摘要】 医疗行业内部的竞争态势越来越激烈，确定并选择适宜的竞争战略是医院管理者普遍关注的问题。本文致力于探讨综合性三级医院竞争战略的选择问题，在阐述迈克尔·波特的基本竞争战略等理论的基础上，提出了综合性三级医院的竞争战略宜采用突出特色的差异化战略，以使医院在激烈的竞争中获得长期的竞争优势。

    【Abstract】 As competition in the medical treatment trades becomes more and more intense，defining and selecting the suitable competitive strategy is the problem that should be universally concerned by the managers of hospitals. The selection of competitive strategy of the integrated hospital in three grades is devoted to inquire in this article.
