【摘要】 项目管理技术在企业管理中，经过数十年发展，已逐步形成一整套完整的理论与方法体系，随着医疗卫生改革，医院走向市场，项目管理技术在医院管理中，既有运用的可能，又有运用的需要。本文介绍了项目管理的主要内容和与传统方法相比的优势，以及项目管理在我国医院管理中应用的现状，分析了在医院采用项目管理法必须注意的有关事项，说明在当前形势下，运用项目管理技术，对推进医院管理创新和医院发展是十分有益的。关键词 项目管理 医院管理 方法

【Abstract】 Program management has been turned into an entire theory and method system in enterprise adminˉistration by ten years development，and it is also possible and necessary in hospital administration.This paper，based on the introduction of the main content and the advantages of program management，and analyses of some notable proˉceedings in using it into hospital administration，explains that program management is very useful and valuable for management innovation and development of hospitals.
