【摘要】 控制医疗服务的超前消费，合理使用有限的医疗资源，对降低平均住院日、医院总量、药品比例的控制提供科学、合理、公正的依据。但目前由于各种因素，医疗费用的控制不甚理想。尽快应用CICD-10的要求，使用计算机运作，规范诊断名称，落实诊疗常规，强化医疗行为规范，领导重视、措施有力，将会使医疗费用合理使用，得到落实。
