【摘要】 本文详细地介绍了用Power Builder软件开发门诊候诊系统的完整过程，包括候诊的流程设计、数据表设计，编程经验，并给出了算法和部分源代码。本系统结合现有的门诊挂号收费系统和门诊医生工作站系统，实现了和医院信息系统(HIS)的无缝结合。通过把本系统实际应用到门诊第一线，给病人营造了一个更加良好而舒适的就医环境，大大改善了门诊的诊疗秩序。
