【摘要】 目的 探讨在高原低氧环境下,海拔梯度对健康男性血浆内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法 用放射免疫法测定西宁地区(海拔2261m)健康男性工人70例、格尔木地区(海拔2807m)健康男性工人55例和雁石坪地区(海拔4680m)健康男性工人60例的血浆ET和CGRP水平。结果 雁石坪地区,健康男性血浆ET水平显著高于格尔木及西宁地区(P<0.01),格尔木组血浆ET水平也高于西宁组(P<0.05);血浆CGRP含量随着海拔增高而降低。在4680m地区,CGRP的含量显著低于2807和2260m地区(P<0.01);格尔木组血浆CGRP水平也低于西宁组(P<0.05)。结论 随着海拔的增高,缺氧状态的血管内皮细胞(VEC)可大量分泌ET,而CGRP虽应激性增加,但由于ET的异常改变已超过CGRP的调节能力,则CGRP不但未升高反而随着海拔高度增高及缺氧的加重而降低。关键词 内皮素 降钙素基因相关肽 海拔梯度
