【摘要】 目的 为了解pH值、有机物对二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果的影响，对其进行了实验室杀菌效果及稳定性等实验观察。方法 二氧化氯消毒剂经54℃温箱存放14d，采用丙二酸-碘量法，测定二氧化氯含量与存放前比较。通过调节二氧化氯消毒剂溶液的pH和在菌悬液中加入小牛血清，进行悬液定量杀菌试验。结果 经54℃温箱存放14d，pH值11.02～1.40，二氧化氯含量下降率为4.20%～23.63%不等。25mg/L二氧化氯，作用5min，pH值为11.0～2.0时，对大肠杆菌杀灭率为65.78%～100.00%，对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率为74.85%～100.00%。1000mg/L二氧化氯，作用10min，pH值为11.0～2.0，对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率为36.85%～100.00%。芽孢悬液中含25%和50%小牛血清，对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭效果有影响。结论 二氧化氯消毒剂pH值低于5.0时，稳定性较差。杀菌能力随溶液pH值升高和有机物含量的增加而下降。
