【摘要】 目的 研究分析28252例不同付费方式住院病人医药费用的结构及军地伤病员之间治疗和用药上存在的差别。方法 通过计算机采集电子病例，数据进行多中心、自身对照分析。结果 在军队医院，不同付费方式病人支付费用的大小排序为医保、公费、自费和军费病人，差异有显著性。结论 在军队医院的公费和医保病人是目前享受卫生福利水平较高的群体，军费病人相对较低。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyse the configuration of medical charge in28252cases of inpaˉtients with different patterns of payment.Methods The data of inpatients were collected and analysed by computer and the study was designed according to principles of multi-center and self-control.Results In military hospitals，expenditures are different between inpatients with different patterns of payment，cost of patients with health insurance is the highest，followed by patients with public health services and patients paying at their own expense，cost of armyˉman’s families and armymen is the lowest.Conclusion In military hospital，level of medical welfare provided for paˉtients with public health services and health insurance is higher than that of armymen and their families. ......
