【摘要】 目的 探讨超高倍显微诊断仪(THMMDI)在亚健康诊断中的应用价值，建立HLB血检对亚健康诊断的方法和标准。方法 585名普通行政人员和120名飞行员，取小指尖血制成血涂片，使用THMMDI进行检测分析。所得结果与临床检查结果进行对比，以评价符合率。并以飞行员作为HLB血检的健康标准。结果 HLB血检与临床检查结果大部分疾病符合率较高，脊柱系统疾病最高达90.5%，肿瘤、关节疾病、胃部疾病、心血管疾病、脂肪肝等也达85%以上，但个别疾病如结石等符合率较低，需进一步跟踪。结论 HLB血检对于评价个体的健康状况有较高价值，是一种快捷、比较准确、客观的早期发现人体机能异常的手段，它为进一步进行临床检查提供了线索。关键词 显微术 健康 诊断 HLB血检
