【摘要】 目的 探讨不同洗板方式的酶联免疫法对HBsAg结果的影响。方法 在日常工作中，伴有溶血或其它因素引起浑浊的血清样品较为常见，而这些样品在HBsAg的ELISA检测中常出现假阳性，为消除这些假性结果。采用同一种试剂盒对阳性结果通过不同的方法进行重复测定分析。结果 引起假阳性结果主要来源于有溶血或浑浊的血清，而消除其假阳性结果的方法主要在于不同的洗板方式。结论 应针对血清样本存在的具体情况(是否溶血现象)，选择较理想的洗板方法。
