【摘要】 目的 探讨血管磁共振仿真内窥镜(MRVE)成像技术与临床应用。方法 运用MRVE对74例次血管进行观察，并与常规MRI、MRA及临床资料进行比较。结果 正常脑动脉血管MRVE表现为圆形光滑的管腔，可看到其4～6级分支血管的开口;动脉硬化在MRVE上表现为血管分支开口数目的减少;静脉血管表现为宽扁的光滑管腔。结论 磁共振仿真内窥镜技术是一种优越的无创性检查方法，各部位表现各具特点，能对诊断提供更多的信息。
