血管MRVE技术与应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨血管磁共振仿真内窥镜(MRVE)成像技术与临床应用。方法 运用MRVE对74例次血管进行观察,并与常规MRI、MRA及临床资料进行比较。结果 正常脑动脉血管MRVE表现为圆形光滑的管腔,可看到其4~6级分支血管的开口;动脉硬化在MRVE上表现为血管分支开口数目的减少;静脉血管表现为宽扁的光滑管腔。结论 磁共振仿真内窥镜技术是一种优越的无创性检查方法,各部位表现各具特点,能对诊断提供更多的信息。关键词 磁共振成像 血管 计算机辅助图像处理

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the imaging technique and clinical application of MR virtual endoscopy.Methods 74cases MRVE were observed,and compared with general MRI,MRA and clinical data.Results MRVE of normal arteries can be seen round and smooth.We can see4~6grades of branches of the cerebral arteries by its opening;Arteriosclerosis detectedwith MRVE showed that the ramose number of blood vessel reduced;Vein were seen as a wide and flat canal.Conclusion MRVE is a noninvasive and superiority procedure ......
