【摘要】 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胰腺癌患者血浆中的表达与肿瘤发展之间的规律。方法 采用ELISA检测30例正常人和30例胰腺癌患者血浆中VEGF含量。结果 30例正常人和胰腺癌患者血浆中VEGF平均含量分别是15.7和140.8pg/ml。早期胰腺癌患者和晚期患者存在明显差异，VEGF的表达随着胰腺癌的分期，分级和淋巴转移而显著增高(P<0.01)。但正常人与早期胰腺癌患者之间无明显差异。结论 胰腺癌患者尤其是晚期胰腺癌患者，其VEGF的表达增高。
