    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects with Stronger Neo-Minophagen C(SNMC)combined Lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B for42cases.Compared with78cases that used Lamivudine only.Methods 120cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into2groups before stopping Lamivudine therapy six months ago.All the cases used Lamivudine100mg per day，lasted more than12months.The combined group of42cases added SNMC tablet50mg，three times per day for more than6months before stopping Lamivudine therapy six months ago.Results SNMC combined with Lamivudine group was better than Lamivudine only group in the liver functions(ALT and AST)improvement and HBVDNA(P<0.05).Conclusion SNMC was effective in treating chronic hepatitis B for the anti-inflammation，protect cell membrane and regulate immunity.SNMC could reduce the liver functions damaged cause by YMDD motif mutation during Lamivudine therapy.
