【摘要】 目的 了解北京地区部分人群血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平及其分布情况。方法 我们采用透射免疫比法调查了北京地区4698例健康人的血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平。结果 本组人群的血清Lp(a)的平均值为241±184mg/L，众数为131mg/L，中位数为189mg/L，个体血清Lp(a)水平体间差异甚大(4～1712mg/L)。结论 本组人群的血清Lp(a)呈明显的偏态分布，且与年龄无相关(P>0.05);但是老年女性的血清Lp(a)水平明显高于同年龄组男性(P<0.01或0.05)。
