【摘要】 目的 探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术(Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty，UPPP)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的远期疗效。方法 回顾性总结1985年5月～1999年12月在我院耳鼻咽喉科住院行UPPP手术治疗的51例患者的临床资料。结果 本组病例中45例通过信访或电话或门诊复查1～3年，憋气消失或好转为80%;鼾声消失或好转为72.1%;白天嗜睡消失或好转率为78.8%;1例腭咽关闭不全，无鼻咽狭窄或闭锁等并发症。远期疗效中改善憋气显效率较高;白天嗜睡好转为78.8%;鼾声好转率为72.1%。结论 早期治愈鼾症，对治疗高血压、高血脂及心脑血管疾患有明显效果，术前诊断和定位准确是获得长期疗效的关键。加强围手术期处理，有利于提高和巩固疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the results of Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP)treated obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Fifty-one cases of Uppp operations fromMay1985to December1999in this hospital were reviewed.Results 1～3Y follow-up showed that eighty percent of patients reported disˉappear or improvement of short of breath in night，seventy-two point eight one percent of patients reported disappear or improvement of snoring and seventy-eight point percent of patients reported disappear or improvement of daytime sleepiness.One of them occurred velopalatal insufficiency.No nasopharyngeal stricture of atresia.Conclusion Out study indicate that the correct preoperative diagnosis and location are the key of gaining good late results and strenthen of the periopration period treatment is beneficial to the exaltation and consolidation of late results. ......
