    【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend the characteristics of the neuropathy’s muscle pathology poisoned by the methamidophos.Methods White Leghorn chicken were divided into poisoning group and control group randomly.Methamidophos(10mg/kg)were administered by oral cannula directly into the crops of hens，，and the poisoned hens received atropine sulfate to live through the acute period.At the weekend of1，2，3，4，8weekend after poisoning，the hens were made celiac deep anaesthesia by chloral hydrate，and then we choosed the gastrocnemius muscle to make the pathology specimen.Results The pathological changes mainly represented localized muscle fibers necrosis and phagoˉcytosis with small piece of myofibre atrophy，and I，II type fibre were put into the same trouble.All live hens gait get right at the third-fourth week ......
