    【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of multiplanar reformation s(MPRs)bronchotracheal Surface Shadˉed Display three-dimension reconstruction(3D)，4D-angio and vitual bronchoscopy(VB)in evaluation of central airway obstruction diseases.Methods 61cases underwent thin-slice multi-slice helical CT scan images were transfered to workstation and four kinds of postprocess methods including MPR/CPR，3D-SSD，4D-Angio and VB were performed.The findings of these modalities were then compared with those obtained with fibrobronchoscopy，DSA and operation.The severity，length，and shape of airway narrowing were analyzed comparatively on the four sets of imˉages.Results Transverse CT scans and MPRs had a similar accuracy(100%)，in a detecting obstructive airway leˉsions.and it was significantly higher than those of3D-SSD(90%，P<0.05)and MIPs(81%，P<0.001).3D-SSD presented airway disease in direct and vivid way.4D gives a more precise visualization of lesion pathology as a whole and its relations among surrounding structures.MPR can visualize both inside and outside bronchi wall at the same time ......
