【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of remifentanil/propofol(group R)or fentanyl/propofol(group F)intravenous anesthesia in induced abortion.Methods Sixty induced abortion patients.ASAⅠ，were randomly divided into two groups.Group R was administrated remifentail0.3μg/kg propofol2～2.5mmg/kg;group Fwas fentanyl1μg/kg with propofol2～2.5mmg/kg.Record BP、HR、SPO 2 before anesthesia and1、3、5、7min after induce anesthesia reˉspectively;Record somatic motion and the level of deep sedation.Results BP、HR are lower than before anesthesia significantly in3、5min in two groups(P<0.05);the SPO 2 was lowest in3min in
