【摘要】 目的 探讨骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法 回顾性分析136例患者应用2%利多卡因、醋酸曲安奈德等药物进行骶管内注射。对照154例其他方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料分析。结果 136例患者中，治愈101例，好转23例，无效12例，总有效率91.2%。结论 骶管封闭是一种操作简单、安全、疗效高、痛苦小的治疗方法。
