【摘要】 目的 了解苏州市郊社区人群高血压病流行因素，为社区高血压综合防治提供依据。方法 按整群随机抽样原则，对苏州市郊吴中、相城两区35岁以上居住满5年的社区居民17400人进行面访和体检。结果 高血压患病率28.97%，高血压的患病与职业、年龄、超重/肥胖等因素有关。结论 市郊社区人群高血压患病率处于较高水平，要针对高血压流行因素，实施以高血压医学干预为重点的综合防治工作。
