【Abstract】 Objective In recent years，cyclinE，P27 kip1 ，P63and sruvivin proteins were found to be closed associated with tumorigenesis.To investigate the expression of cyclinE，P27 kip1 ，P63and survivin;and biological signifiˉcance in esophageal squamous carcinomas.Methods The expression of cyclinE，P27 kip1 ，P63and survivin in82cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma were detected using immunohistochemical method.Results The P63was expressed in73of82(89.02%)cases，positive rate of survivin was59.76%(49/82).Upregulated expression of P63and surˉvivin were strongly associated with poor differentiation ......
