    【Abstract】 Objective To observe on anti-oxidation capacity of Radix Astragali Polysaccharide.Methods Employing mice aged model caused by D-galactose and atherosclerosis model of rabbits.Results Radix Astragali polysaccharide can obviously promote the activity of SOD，CAT and GSH-Px in blood，and lower LPO level in plasˉma，liver homogenize and brain homogenize in aged model mice;Radix Astragali Polysaccharide can also positively decrease TG，TC，LDL-C，ApoA，ApoB，MDA and TRAC，but oppositely increase SOD and HDL-C in blood of atherosclerosis model rabbits.Conclusion Radix Astragali polysaccharide has good anti-oxidation to anti-aging and anti-atherosclerosis.
