【摘要】 目的 研究宣肺合剂对痰热型咳嗽患儿的临床疗效。方法 临床收集痰热型咳嗽的患儿60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别予服用宣肺合剂、急支糖浆，观察退热、咳嗽、气喘、咳痰及肺部罗音消失时间。结果 治疗组在退热、咳嗽、气喘、咳痰及肺部罗音消失方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 宣肺合剂是临床治疗痰热型咳嗽的有效药物。
