    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the repair of serious deep burnt wounds of joints function position with using flaps.Methods Fifteen deep burned patients with wounds in the neck and the joints of limb function position were enrolled in this study.After local debridement，the wounds defects were repaired with local skin flaps，axial pattern skin flaps and free skin flaps immediately.Results The flaps were applied in15deep burned cases with the maximal defect of18cm×9cm and all survived very well free from infection or necrosis.The wounds were closed primarily.The function of joints kept normal with satisfactory result.Conclusion Early deˉbridement followed by skin flaps transfer could be simple ......
