【摘要】 目的 探讨侵及咽旁间隙巨大腮腺肿瘤的手术方法。方法 7例术前均行CT检查，6例采用经腮腺—颈入路，1例采用改良腮腺—颈—下颌骨入路。结果 7例均手术切除，无并发症发生。结论 经腮腺—颈入路是本组基本手术方法，改良腮腺—颈—下颌骨入路适用于咽旁间隙巨大腮腺肿瘤。
