【摘要】 目的 观察大鼠灌胃给予四逆汤后，其含药血清对离体蛙心心肌收缩力的作用。方法 大鼠每日2次给予四逆汤(1ml/次)灌胃，给药1天后，分别在末次给药30min、60min、90min、120min取血，分离血清。将含药血清加入离体蛙心的灌流液中，观察四逆汤对离体蛙心心肌收缩力的影响。结果 灌胃给予四逆汤后，含药血清均能显著增强离体蛙心的心肌收缩力。其中末次给药后90min采血分离的血清对离体蛙心的作用最强。结论 四逆汤能增强离体蛙心的心肌收缩力。
