【摘要】 目的 了解学生和家长对心理知识理解的程度，掌握病人就医时的心态。方法 利用自制的学生和家长问卷分别发放于市区两所学校的学生和两所幼儿园小朋友的家长。结果 大多数的学生有心理咨询和心理指导需求，大多数家长都曾阅读过有关心理知识方面的文章，但他们大多数不能区分出哪些是心理问题引发的躯体症状、哪些是生理变化导致的躯体疾病，因此在出现身体不适时总是去儿科门诊。结论 在儿科临床中，心理学越来越重要。医生应具备一定的心理学知识，以减少心理疾病的误诊和漏诊，使有心理问题的儿童及时得到心理咨询和治疗。
