【摘要】 目的 研究当归多糖(angelica sinensis polysaccharide，ASP)对糖尿病小鼠抗氧化功能的影响。方法 建立四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠动物模型，观察当归多糖对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠抗氧化功能的作用，检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 当归多糖可明显降低心、脑、肾、胰4脏器丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)，可增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性(P<0.05)。结论 当归多糖具有对糖尿病氧化损伤的抗氧化效应
