【摘要】 目的 探讨光动力联合化疗，微波治疗上消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及副作用。方法 上消化道肿瘤693例，化疗，微波治疗的同时光动力治疗。完成治疗3个疗程评价疗效。结果 CR22例，SR513例，MR149例，NR9例，有效率占98.7%。中位随访时间11个月，无疾病进展生存率71.9%，临床症状改善率占99%。所有患者未发现明显副作用。结论 光动力联合化疗，微波治疗上消化道恶性肿瘤是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
