【摘要】 目的 探讨鱼腥草注射液、小剂量肝素治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法 56例治疗毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组，对照组28例采用常规治疗，治疗组28例在常规治疗的基础上加用鱼腥草注射液，小剂量肝素治疗，观察两组解除主要症状和体征的时间和住院时间。结果 治疗组住院时间和主要症状和体征的持续时间均明显小于对照组，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 鱼腥草注射液、小剂量肝素可以显著提高毛细支气管炎治疗效果，是辅佐治疗毛细支气管炎较理想的选择。
