【摘要】 目的 分析内镜下反流性食管炎与Hp感染、伴发疾病的关系。方法 经胃镜检查发现反流性食管炎225例，其中208例行快速尿激酶检测。结果 内镜下反流性食管炎Ⅰ级133例，Ⅱ级76例，Ⅲ级16例;Hp阳性78例，感染率36.54%;伴发疾病者128例，发病率56.89%。30岁以下37例，30～50岁101例，50岁以上87例。结论 反流性食管炎老年好发;与Hp感染不成正比关系;多与胃十二指肠其它疾病伴发。
