【摘要】 目的 观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)福辛普利和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(AngⅡA)伊贝沙坦对原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 选择192例原发性高血压患者，随机分为福辛普利组和伊贝沙坦组各96例，用福辛普利和伊贝沙坦治疗24周，测定实验组和正常对照组的空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及尿酸(UA)，并留尿测定2h尿微量白蛋白(UAER)。比较福辛普利和伊贝沙坦治疗前后胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)、UAER等变化。结果 福辛普利和伊贝沙坦治疗后血压较治疗前显著下降;福辛普利和伊贝沙坦治疗后IAI有显著改善。福辛普利和伊贝沙坦治疗后UAER显著降低，伊贝沙坦治疗后UA明显下降。而血脂无明显变化。结论 福辛普利和伊贝沙坦在稳定降低血压的同时，具有改善胰岛素抵抗和对人肾脏功能的保护作用。

    Effects of irbesartan and fosinopril on insulin resistance in patients with essential hypertension
