【摘要】 目的 研究益气活血法对闭塞性动脉硬化症(ASO)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 采用高分辨超声技术对32例ASO患者在益气活血法治疗前后和28例正常对照者的血管内皮功能进行检测。结果 ASO患者内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性舒张功能均较正常对照组明显降低，经益气活血法治疗后，ASO患者血管内皮功能有明显改善。结论 益气活血法能明显改善闭塞性动脉硬化症患者血管内皮功能。
