槲皮素对缺氧大白鼠心室肌细胞持续性钠电流的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨槲皮素(Quercetin,Que)对大白鼠心室肌细胞缺氧损伤的保护作用。方法 运用全细胞膜片钳技术记录缺氧模型下大白鼠心室肌细胞持续性钠电流(I Na·p )的变化及施加Que对其的影响。结果 心室肌细胞缺氧3min后其I Na·p 开始增大,以后随着时间的延续更进一步增大,15min后基本稳定,此时施加10μmol/L的Que,可使I Na·p 明显减小(n=6,P<0.01)。结论 Que明显抑制缺氧条件下大鼠心室肌细胞I Na·p 的作用可能与其抗氧化机制有关。关键词 心肌 缺氧 持续性钠电流 槲皮素

【Abstract】 Objective To inquiry into the protection function of Quercetin(Que)on the ventriular myocyte in rat during hypoxia.Methods The whole cell patch-clamp technique was used to recorded the changes of persistent sodium current(I Na·P )in ventricular myocyte of rat and the effect of Que on it during hypoxia.Results The I Na·P on ventricual myocyte started to enlarge after3min hypoxia.Hereafter,it was further aggrandizment along with the conˉtinue of time and basic stability after15minutes.Exerting Que to the bath solution saturated by100%N 2 at this time ......
