    【摘要】 目的 研究中西医治疗结合高压氧、康复治疗对持续性植物状态患者的治疗效果。方法 对35例持续性植物状态患者，进行中西医结合治愈和高压氧、康复理疗等综合治疗，对其疗效和预后进行随访。结果 35例患者进行PVS评分，其中11例18分，意识完全恢复(31.4%);9例12分以上，意识基本恢复(15.7%);10～11分8例，明显好转(22.8%);1～5分4例好转(11.4%)，2例无明显变化(5.7%)，1例死于严重肺部感染(2.9%)。总苏醒率为57.1%。结论 采用中西医治疗结合高压氧康复疗法治疗持续性植物状态患者可取得显著疗效。
