【摘要】 目的 通过阐述抗生素合理应用的意义及合理应用的方法，为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考。方法 以国内外文献、论著和药理学教科书作参考，分五部分总结阐述。结果 使广大医务工作者充分认识到抗生素合理应用的必要性和重要性。结论 对合理使用抗生素、保证抗生素疗效、减少不良反应和耐药菌产生，有参考价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective Explain the significance and methods of proper administration for antibiotics，in order to offer new strategies to improve antibiotics use.Methods We described our subjects in five different sections based on theories and informations from references，papers and pharmacology textbooks of both domestic and abroad.Results Make clinicians acknowledged the necessity and importance of proper administration for antibiotics.Conclusion Our description has a certain values for the appropriate used and effect of antibiotics，and to reduce its adverse effect and the drug resistance.

    抗生素的合理应用是指在有明确抗菌治疗指征下，选择适当及针对性强的抗生素，使用合理的剂量、途径和疗程达到控制感染、杀灭致病菌的目的。同时应尽可能防止治疗中药物所致的各种不良反应，尽量避免细菌耐药性产生。

     1 合理应用抗生素的临床意义
