【摘要】 目的 观察大黄、芒硝外敷腹部伤口脂肪液化的疗效。方法 腹部切口脂肪液化患者162例，随机分为对照组(75例)与治疗组(87例)，其中对照组，应用常规换药治疗，治疗组予大黄、芒硝外敷促进切口愈合，观察两组的腹部切口愈合时间。结果 治疗组切口愈合时间最短3天，最长7天，平均(6±3.2)天，而对照组为7～21天，平均(13±7.5)天，治疗组切口愈合时间显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 腹部切口脂肪液化外敷大黄、芒硝能明显缩短伤口愈合时间。
