【摘要】 目的 探讨难治性股骨颈骨折的治疗方法。方法 自1997年以来对34例难治性股骨颈骨折通过可靠的内固定加旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植骨治疗。结果 34例平均随访3年10个月，除1例骨折延迟愈合外，其余骨折术后4～6个月愈合，无股骨头缺血性坏死，髋关节功能恢复良好。结论 采用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植骨治疗股骨颈骨折，同时给予可靠的内固定，可促进骨折愈合，降低了股骨头缺血坏死的发生率。
