【摘要】 目的 探讨音乐疗法在功能性消化不良患者中的应用效果。方法 将82例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组，音乐组采用药物加音乐疗法，药物组单纯药物治疗，观察治愈率和治疗前后P300的变化。结果 音乐组治疗后较药物组治愈率明显增加(P<0.05)，P300波幅明显增大(P<0.05)。结论 音乐疗法作为辅助治疗功能性消化不良疗效明显。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the applying effect of music therapy on patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods a total of82cases with functional dyspepsia were selected and divided into test and control groups.Test group accepted music therapy based on drug therapy.Control group were just got drug therapy.Results P300ampliˉtude of music therapy groups increased greatly than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy as an assistant for patients with functional dyspepsia had a obvious therapeutic effect.
