【摘要】 目的 利用彩色室壁运动(CK)法观察冠心病患者室壁运动的变化。方法用二维目测法和CK法观察120例冠心病患者，全部患者均行冠状动脉造影检查。结果 目测法仅有66%的冠心病患者出现不同程度的室壁运动异常，与冠状动脉造影结果的相关系数为0.60;而CK法检出90%的冠心病患者有不同程度的室壁运动异常，与冠状动脉造影结果的相关系数为0.92。结论 CK法比目测法更能准确、客观地显示冠心病患者室壁运动的变化。
